Eviatar Shlosberg

Trumpet

Growing up in Boulder, Eviatar developed a passion for jazz and klezmer at a young age. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lawrence University with a bachelors of music in music education and in trumpet performance. He is currently completing his masters in trumpet performance at the University of Denver, where he works as a graduate teaching assistant. Eviatar has been co-running klezmer ensembles since 2021. His Wisconsin-based group the Klezmommies performed at the LUaroo music festival, Klezmer on Ice and local Jewish community events. They released their first album, "Running out of Time", in 2022. Eviatar has performed in the Denver area with a variety of musical groups, including the Denver Chamber Orchestra, the Colorado Hebrew Chorale and Mountain State Brass Quintet. He has played in several chamber and orchestral music festivals, such as the Vienna Summer Music Festival and the Lawrence Chamber Music Festival. He was a 2025 Azrieli scholarship recipient at Klezkanada. When he isn't performing, Eviatar teaches private lessons and coaches brass classes. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and weekly trivia.

Zach Regin

Piano

Zach Regin is a horn player who is currently based in Denver, CO. He recently completed his undergraduate degree studying with Carolyn Kunicki at the Lamont School of Music. Zach is an alumnus of the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Brevard Music Center, Vienna Summer Music Festival and Round Top Festival Institute. He is a previous winner of the Virginia state MTNA solo competition and a finalist for the Southeast region. He participated in the 2020 National Honor Orchestra and was a member of the Mountains Youth Orchestra, where he won the SMYO concerto competition. Zach was previously a college fellow in the Denver Young Artists Orchestra, where he coached younger students and led sectionals. Zach has also played as a substitute musician with various front range orchestras including the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Longmont Symphony Orchestra. He was a member of the student led and formed band, BetterWeather. He recorded solo horn on their debut 2023 album, Wayfare. He is a current member of the newly formed Denver Chamber Orchestra, an up and coming professional ensemble.

Alec Saeva

Clarinet

Alec Saeva is currently finishing a Masters Degree with Dr. Jeremy Reynolds and Jason Shafer at the Lamont School of Music in Denver, Colorado. Alec has had several opportunities to solo in front of orchestras and perform with orchestras around the country in various roles and considers their greatest inspirations, in addition to their current teachers, to be Tad Calcara, Dr. Madeline Johnson, and Lee Livengood. In addition to orchestral performing, Alec loves chamber music because of how intimate chamber music can be and because of how many friends Alec has met through chamber music. Alec also co-started KvetchUP with Eviatar Shlosberg, which has recently been performing around Denver's Jewish community. When Alec isn't practicing, they enjoy biking anywhere and everywhere, spending time deep in a Tolkien book, or losing spectacularly in various video games. Alec also loves spending time with family and friends as much as possible and loves attending the symphony with their Mom.

Eva Toncheva

Fiddle

Eva is a Bulgarian-Canadian violinist specializing in orchestral performance and recently reconnecting with her Balkan roots. She holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Denver. A versatile musician, Eva is active across Colorado, Wyoming, and Alberta, and frequently spends summers performing in Europe. Passionate about leadership, she has held numerous principal positions, serving as concertmaster of the Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra and of the University of Denver's Lamont Symphony Orchestra, both for three-year terms, and currently as Principal Second Violin with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra. She has also led Prague Summer Nights Music Festival and Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra. Eva's Bulgarian heritage has inspired her to explore the Klezmer tradition in its many forms, particularly where it intersects with Balkan folk music. Beyond the violin, Eva is passionate about adventure and exploration as she walks, runs, and climbs through various mountain ranges.

Ashley White

Bass

Ashley began playing bass at age 10 at her elementary school in South Carolina. It wasn't until her 7th grade year that she found her passion for music after joining her local youth orchestra and playing the main theme from the Indiana Jones movies at a summer camp at Furman University. She went on to graduate from the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, located in Greenville, SC in May 2021. Afterwards, she attended the University of Denver as a double major in music performance and international studies, where she recently graduated in June 2025. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a masters degree in international security at the University of Denver's Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs. Outside of coursework and playing bass, Ashley is involved in the Lamont School of Music's Steel Drum Ensemble, and she is a huge airplane enthusiast.

Chimera Cameron

Percussion

Chimera was born in Goleta, California, and spent lots of time at the beach and nearby pier, but moved to Littleton, Colorado, when they were four. They started playing piano at a very young age, taking lessons for many years. In 5th grade they joined their elementary school band on Baritone Saxophone. They would later start playing percussion in middle school and throughout high school, studying with Josh Beyers and Austin Hass. Playing in the wind ensemble, jazz band, marching band, and indoor drumline. Chimera is currently a student at The Lamont School of Music pursuing a degree in percussion performance, studying under Michael Van Wirt. Chimera loves to explore many different styles of drumming, so when the opportunity to play in a klezmer band came up, they immediately jumped right in. In their free time, Chimera enjoys going on bike rides through open spaces, writing music, and going to coffee shops.
